Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) said on Wednesday that its 300th Air Defense Brigade destroyed five weapons depots in southern Lebanon within the past 24 hours.
The brigade was reportedly working under the command of Division 146 to "eliminate terrorist threats and infrastructure in accordance with the understandings between Israel and Lebanon while maintaining the ceasefire agreement." The army said it operated in a "complex, fortified, mountainous" area where Hezbollah operatives were organized. The five weapons depots found by the Israeli forces contained more than 200 mortar shells, loaded launchers, vests, and one launcher hidden in the ground, all of which were confiscated and destroyed.
IDF also confiscated a truck carrying three medium-range rocket launches, which its fighters found hidden in the area.
