North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un inspected the nation's new tactical missile weapons system on Wednesday, according to the state-operated Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
Kim is said to have supervised the system's deployment by the Korean People's Army (KPA) missile units, though details on the system and the inspection's location remained undisclosed. According to KCNA, he emphasized the importance of completing ongoing weapons production plans promptly, stressing an "epochal change" in KPA's war preparations.
This comes after Kim recently oversaw tests of upgraded rocket launcher systems.
