North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un sent a congratulatory message to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Victory Day on Tuesday, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
Kim praised Moscow's efforts "to realize international justice" against the "arbitrary practices of the imperialists." He went on to say that he is "confident that the strong and just people of Russia will continue to win under [Putin's] leadership in the journey to repel all challenges and threats posed by the hostile forces and guarantee the sovereignty and dignity of the country and the stability of the region."
Putin will be holding a speech at today's Victory Day Parade.
