Stock equities on Wall Street saw most of the gains erased during Thursday's trading session, with the Dow Jones diving deeper into negative territory as investors digested the latest corporate news.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 1.04% or 412 points at 1:20 pm ET. The Boeing Company was its worst performer, falling by 6.77%, after the aircraft maker projected that its second-quarter deliveries would not outperform those seen during the opening quarter. The downbeat trend was further exacerbated by the Department of Justice's lawsuit against Live Nation Entertainment, which pushed the company's stock to tumble 7.51%.
The S&P 500 declined 0.12%, while the Nasdaq 100 increased 0.28%. The euro was 0.06% lower against the dollar, changing hands to 1.08162.
