Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko confirmed on Friday that he plans to join his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in overseeing military exercises set to take place tomorrow.
According to Ria News, the two countries are currently holding joint drills in Belarus, while Putin is expected to monitor drills of the Russian nuclear forces tomorrow.
