The parade has been called off, and the streets have been cleared due to unconfirmed reports of a shooting. The Chicago police have arrived at the scene of the alleged incident, where eyewitnesses claim to have seen "bloodied bodies covered with blankets."
According to police, nine people were shot and killed in Chicago over the Fourth of July weekend, with approximately 60 others injured.
