North Atlantic Treaty Organization Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated on Wednesday that currently, the Alliance is not focused on the accession of Ukraine but on the military assistance to that country.
The remarks of Stoltenberg come after Finland and Sweden signed the official accession protocol to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
Stoltenberg already said in the past that the Alliance's focus is to support Ukraine on the battlefield and that it is "important to get an agreement on Ukraine's terms" in its conflict with Russia.
