Nvidia Corporation's CEO Jensen Huang told CNBC on Thursday, following a meet-up of tech executives and the Biden administration at the White House, that "we are at the beginning of a new industrial revolution, and this industry is going to be producing intelligence."
He detailed that the meeting consisted of discussing "the new industry called AI factories and artificial intelligence." He stressed that what it takes to embrace this industry is a lot of energy and "great computer science." Huang underlined that everyone must understand what the needs, opportunities, and challenges of this new era will be.
When asked whether Washington is doing enough to be competitive with China, the Nvidia head stated that the reigning administration is "determined to do the most and do it the fastest, [which] speaks volumes."
