Austrian oil and gas company OMV shared on Friday that it received a notice from Russia's Gazprom Export that the delivery of natural gas to Austria will be stopped completely on November 16.
The Austrian company previously announced that it won an arbitration claim from Gazprom Export in a dispute over a dispute regarding suspended gas supplies. The company is seeking €230 million in compensation from the Russian energy giant following a sharp decline in gas deliveries during the summer of 2022, which ultimately ceased entirely in September of that year.
