OMV Aktiengesellschaft stated at a press conference on Friday that it is studying the situation regarding the newly imposed limitations on PJSC Gazprom's foreign operations.
OMV added that the company already changed the way it is handling its business with Russia since that country's military operation in Ukraine began. It noted that it has since not featured developments in Russia in its "operating indicators, performance results or cash flows."
The company's comments came after Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree prohibiting Gazprom to buy gas from the joint ventures it has with OMV and Germany's Wintershall Holding GmbH at a price higher than one Moscow determined.
