Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban revealed on Wednesday that he spoke to Russian President Vladimir Putin today and invited him to attend peace negotiations in Budapest.
As stated by Orban, he suggested that Putin meets with the presidents of Ukraine and France, as well as German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to hold talks in Budapest where the leaders would agree on an immediate ceasefire.
Although the Russian president agreed to this, he had certain conditions that remain undisclosed.
