Pentagon Press Secretary Gen. Patrick Ryder stated Monday that the United States has no information to corroborate reports about "Iran offering surface-to-surface missiles to Russia at this time."
The remarks come at the same time there is a growing concern over the use of Iranian drones by the Russian forces against Ukraine. Previously, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg confirmed the organization will supply Kiev with funds to combat drones.
On the Korean situation, the general said that the US is not trying to escalate or worsen the situation. The US, along with its South Korean ally, will try to put "dialogue v. a potential escalation of the situation."
