Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Tuesday Gazprom intends to make several natural gas offers to new partners after the deal with Poland expires, TASS reported.
Putin stated the company is exploring other opportunities for the export of the natural gas volumes currently being supplied to Poland by considering new companies in Poland, Europe and elsewhere.
The president noted Gazprom will be looking to sign a new 10- to 15-year contract with the possible buyer.
Polish government has allegedly decided to terminate the import of Russian gas after the current contract expires, according to the remark made by a prominent Polish government official, Putin added.
