Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the 24 new ambassadors coming to Russia on Tuesday, saying that the world is now undergoing a transformation and heading towards multipolarity.
The Russian president said Moscow will not deviate from its sovereign course, adding that the West's sanctions will take a toll on their states and the poorest countries. Putin also stressed that Kremlin will address the next United Nations Assembly in a way that will promote unification and with the goal of resolving regional problems.
Furthermore, he noted that Kremlin has still not received an answer to its proposal to supply its grain to countries that need it the most for free.
