Russia's intel chief met with MBS - report

Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin (pictured left) met with Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammad Bin Salman on Monday, according to a report released by Interfax on Wednesday.

Naryshkin also held talks with his Saudi counterpart on the topic of cooperation between Moscow and Riyadh in the fight against international terrorism, the news agency said citing Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service.

United States vowed to maintain ties with Saudi Arabia despite the CIA reportedly concluding the crown prince ordered the Khashoggi murder and the US Senate passing a resolution which blames Bin Salman.
