Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed on Saturday that more than ten explosions shook Ukraine's capital city, killing at least one person and injuring several others. Russia's air raids and artillery shelling extended for the third day in a row in what is considered one of the most massive attacks since the war started on February 24.

Ukrainian energy company DTEK informed that emergency blackouts have been introduced in Kyiv, as well as in the Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk regions in response to the strikes. "This is a preventive step to avoid significant damage to the energy infrastructure if enemy missiles reach the target," the company noted according to Russian agency Ria Novosti.
