Russian Foreign Ministry announced Wednesday that 235 Australian assembly members of different states will not be allowed to enter the country as a response to what called the "Russophobic campaign of the collective West."
In the statement, Moscow listed the names of the politicians who will not be able to enter its borders for allegedly participating in "an anti-Russian agenda."
In February, Canberra sanctioned seven Russian prison officers over the Kremlin's critic Alexey Navalny's death. Meanwhile, Western countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom revealed further sanctions on Saturday targeting metals trade.
