Russian Security Council (SBRF) Secretary Nikolay Patrushev (pictured) called the United States on Monday the "champion" in the number of "unleashed wars and conflicts" in the world.

During an interview with the Russian Gazette, Patrushev noted that Washington has been a leader "in violating the sovereignty of states" and "in the brutal and illegal hunting of citizens of other countries."

Patrushev underlined that the US democracy is "just a beautiful facade of the state system," which is hiding "the disregard for the rights of ordinary Americans."
