A shooting was said to have taken place in Kerman just a day after the Iranian city witnessed an explosion, that country's state media reported on Thursday.

The outlets stressed the reports are still unconfirmed. No additional details have been available yet.

Earlier this week, Kerman was the site of the explosion that happened during the ceremony commemorating the fourth anniversary of Iranian Army General Qasem Soleimani's death. The blast killed at least 84 people.
