The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Monday that its air forces hit around 35 targets in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours.
The targets included a weapons production site in the center of Gaza, as well as a launch site with launchers that contained rockets that were aimed at Israel, according to the IDF.
The Israeli military also reported that it found and destroyed an underground tunnel route in the Shabura neighborhood in Rafah, that was approximately 20 meters deep and hundreds of meters long. The tunnel was reportedly used by Hamas operatives as a gathering point and connected several tunnel routes in that area.
