Judge Juan Merchan found former United States President Donald Trump in contempt of court for violating a gag order for the 10th time and fined him another $1,000.

Merchan also once again warned Trump that he could be jailed for future violations. He also ordered Trump and his team to remove any "offending statement" that may have been posted to his Truth Social account or his official website by 2:15 pm ET today.

Trump has branded the gag orders, which prevent him from discussing his hush-money case publicly, "unconstitutional" and called the trial "rigged.," accusing Merchan of taking away his right to free speech.
