United States President Donald Trump met with Ireland's Prime Minister Enda Kenny at the White House on Thursday, one day before St. Patrick's Day.
The president said, "I love Ireland, I love it."
The two are expected to talk about Trump's immigration policies as well as Brexit. Around 50,000 Irish citizens are living and working illegally in the United States and this has been worrying Ireland since Trump said he would deport millions of illegal immigrants when he wins the election.
Kenny had called Trump "dangerous and racist" during the latter's campaign.
