Trump calls Goldberg 'bad news,' his magazine 'loser'

United States President Donald Trump dismissed The Atlantic editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg and his report on US military discussions, calling Goldberg "bad news" and slamming both him and the magazine as "a loser."

In a Newsmax interview, Trump said, as far as he knows, no classified information was shared in the chat and that the Yemen strikes discussed were successful.

In The Atlantic's report, Goldberg said he was added to a Signal chat where US officials were discussing their "war plans." He said the invitation came from an account identified as White House National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, although Waltz questioned how is it that a Trump critic was the one accidentally added to the group.
