Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu (pictured) noted on Friday, while attending the 8th Mediterranean Dialogue Forum in Italy, that "we will have a clearer picture" with regard to the possible ceasefire in Ukraine or return to negotiations by spring of 2023.
Cavusoglu once again underlined that Ankara will continue to put efforts into bringing Kiev and Moscow to the negotiating table so that the two countries can reach a peaceful agreement.
"We did not accept the illegal annexation of Ukrainian territory. We closed the straits to Russian ships," Cavusoglu reiterated.
