On the political front, the day brings new developments as US former President Donald Trump shared in a statement that he will back the unsealing of the FBI search warrant while denying that the search of his Florida residence was related to documents on nuclear weapons.
The Dow Jones gained 0.39% at 9:30 am, with Walt Disney up 1.80%. A minute later, the Nasdaq 100 added 0.60%, while Workday improved by 4.01%. The S&P 500 rose 0.46%, as DISH Network edged up by 3.87%.
The euro improved by 0.37% against the dollar at 9:27 am ET, selling for $1.02796.
