Users report outages in several Meta services

Users reported on Friday problems accessing Meta Platforms Inc.'s applications Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger, according to Downdetector.

In the case of Facebook, more than 13,000 users were unable to access the web platform. While in the case of Instagram, more than 8,000 people were unable to use the app.

In addition, more than 2,030 outages were registered for Whatsapp and around 1,700 for the Facebook Messenger app.
