Zelensky: New sanctions against Russia not enough

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his video address on Wednesday that the European Union's latest sanctions against Moscow are "not enough," stressing that Russia must "feel a much higher price for the war to force it to seek peace."

Earlier, the European Union approved the seventh round of sanctions against Russia, which will include a ban on Russian gold, the freezing of Sberbank assets, and tighter export controls, while the White House warned that Russia is "laying the groundwork" to annex Ukrainian territory.
