Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his video address on Wednesday that the European Union's latest sanctions against Moscow are "not enough," stressing that Russia must "feel a much higher price for the war to force it to seek peace."
Earlier, the European Union approved the seventh round of sanctions against Russia, which will include a ban on Russian gold, the freezing of Sberbank assets, and tighter export controls, while the White House warned that Russia is "laying the groundwork" to annex Ukrainian territory.
