Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson Daniel Hagari announced on Friday that the military will expand its ground operations in Gaza tonight.
In a statement to the press, Hagari once again urged all civilians to move to the southern part of the Gaza City. "We are prepared on all fronts to preserve Israel's security," he emphasized.
Earlier, it was reported that there was a collapse of communication channels in Gaza.
