Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris is expected to make a public address on Wednesday, the campaign confirmed.
The current vice president is reported to have secured 226 electoral votes, falling short of the 270 needed to win the presidency, while Fox News projections indicate that Republican Donald Trump has already won 277 votes, after dominating in swing states of Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
