Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Director Sergey Naryshkin (pictured) said on Tuesday that Moscow does not believe that Ukraine prepared the incursion into the Kursk region on its own.
The United States administration previously denied its involvement in the preparation and execution of the Ukrainian attack on the Kursk region, while Germany said it has no information on the use of German-supplied arms in the attack. However, Naryshkin stressed that his country has no confidence in Western politicians' statements.
"There is no trust in such statements," he concluded.
