British Labor Party leader Keir Starmer said on Monday that "there can be no doubt" Prime Minister Boris Johnson is under criminal investigation as the Metropolitan Police conducts a probe into 10 Downing Street parties that took place while the country was under COVID-19 lockdowns. The opposition leader made the comments after a redacted report by civil servant Sue Gray was released, accusing Johnson and the Cabinet of "failures of leadership and judgment."

Starmer said the report pointed out "evidence of serious and flagrant breaches of lockdown," including one in the prime minister's apartment, demonstrating that Johnson is "unfit for office." Meanwhile, Johnson claimed the report did "absolutely nothing to substantiate" Starmer's accusations.
