The United Kingdom-loyal Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) of Northern Ireland is expected to accept the deal on Northern Ireland that the UK has been working on with the European Union, Irish News reported on Monday citing a source with knowledge of the matter.

According to the source, a dinner has been arranged for today in London, as party supporters will be given an elaboration on the DUP's rationale for wanting to accept the agreement. Sammy Wilson, the DUP Chief Whip, will be the one presenting the party's position.
