European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell stated on Monday that the bloc will officially hear Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's so-called victory plan during its forthcoming summit on October 17 and 18.
Borrell made the revelation after the EU Foreign Affairs Council's meeting in Luxembourg. Before the session, the official noted that the situation in Ukraine is "getting worse" and that the bloc must provide that country with more aid to help it repel Russia's military campaign.
Earlier in the day, it was announced that Zelensky will present his plan to end Moscow's operation before the Ukrainian parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, on Wednesday, October 16.
