Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said on Monday that Hamas' leaders have only two possibilities in the ongoing war in Gaza, to "surrender or die."
Speaking at a press conference after a situation assessment at the Central Command, Gallant noted that the Israeli military encircled the last Hamas bastions in Jabaliya and Shejaiya, "the battalions that were considered invincible." He added that these Hamas centers will be demolished soon.
Furthermore, the minister said that some Hamas militants have surrendered in recent days, stressing that "whoever surrenders, his life is spared."
