A New York judge lifted the contempt of court order imposed against former United States President Donald Trump for failing to comply with a subpoena in a state probe into his real-estate business.
New York Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron said he lifted the order after reviewing “recent additional submissions” from Trump's team.
In Attorney General Letitia James' civil investigation, the Trump Organization was accused of using "fraudulent and misleading asset valuations on multiple properties" and economically benefiting from these actions.
