Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov (pictured left) pointed out on Sunday that the supply of long-range missiles to Kiev by the West threatens to further escalate tensions, leading to greater mobilization in Russia.
"We need to finish our job to the end. We have no other alternative," Peskov stressed. The West talks about human rights and European values only when it is convenient for "them," the Kremlin spokesperson argued, accusing the Western countries of ignoring "bombing of Donbas for a long time" before the beginning of Russia's military operation.
Previously, Kiev requested Berlin to supply Taurus cruise missiles with a range of more than 500 kilometers.
