Russian President Vladimir Putin remarked on Monday that the United States ruling elites are behind every conflict in the world.
During a meeting of the Russian Security Council, Putin insisted that the US elites and their satellites are behind "the massacre of Palestinians," behind events taking place in the Middle East, Ukraine, Iraq and Syria. He added that they are the "main beneficiaries of global instability." Putin stressed that they are not seeking peace and are rather in want of "constant chaos."
Meanwhile, touching upon the subject of riots in Dagestan, the head of state stressed that the Western intelligence services and Ukraine are to blame for inciting trouble in the area through social media.
