British Secretary of State for Transport Marie Trevelyan (pictured) stated Thursday that Prime Minister Liz Truss still has the confidence of the cabinet. "Liz Truss is our prime minister, and she has the confidence of the cabinet," Trevelyan told BBC News.

Trevelyan's remarks come a day after the resignation of United Kingdom Home Secretary Suella Braverman.
