UK's Johnson should be replaced quickly - Cleverly

British Education Secretary James Cleverly stated that replacing Boris Johnson should be done "properly, professionally, but quickly," as per Sky News. His comments oppose the growing pressure from the Conservative party to choose new leadership immediately and not wait for the new election, fearing Johnson’s cling to power during the summer.

Cleverly excluded himself as a candidate and emphasized "the need to have a leader who is a good campaigner. [Johnson] remains our prime minister until a new prime minister is found. That is how our system works," the secretary concluded.
