US: Russia developing satellite to carry nuclear weapon

A US intelligence report revealed that Russia is developing a new satellite system with the capability to deploy nuclear weaponry.

"Among Russia's most concerning developments is a new satellite intended to carry a nuclear weapon as an antisatellite weapon, violating longstanding international law against such activity and putting the US and global economy at risk," the Annual Threat Assessment report showed on Tuesday.

During the session, DNI Director Tulsi Gabbard, FBI Director Kash Patel, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, and additional security officials testify on worldwide threats to the Senate Intelligence Committee.
