Ukraine's Defense Ministry said on Wednesday that the country's forces repelled over 85 Russian attacks over the past 24 hours.
The ministry noted that Russian forces launched two missile and 12 air strikes, as well as 68 attacks from salvo rocket systems which resulted in injured civilians. It added that Ukraine destroyed four Iranian-made Shahed drones that Russia launched. According to Kiev, Russia is continuing to advance towards Bakhmut.
Ukraine also said it conducted 11 strikes on "areas of concentration of the occupiers" and claimed that "rocket launchers and gunners struck nine areas of concentration of manpower."
