Hamas underlined on Friday in a statement that it will reject any positions that support the entry of foreign forces into the Gaza Strip "under any name or justification."

"We reject any plans or projects that seek to bypass the Palestinian will regarding the future of the Gaza Strip," the militant group stressed.

Earlier today, Hamas briefed Hezbollah on the ongoing ceasefire talks. In recent days, negotiations seem to be going in the right direction, with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu allowing the country's delegation to resume discussions on the release of hostages, after Hamas pitched new ideas.
