The Russian Foreign Ministry called on the United States to share all information they have about the "terror act" that occurred in the concert hall in the Moscow region on Friday evening.

United States National Security Council (NSC) Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby previously underlined that there are "no indications" that Kiev was involved in the attack that happened earlier in the evening, stressing that Washington does not "encourage or enable Ukraine to strike inside Russia." "On what basis do officials in Washington draw any conclusions in the midst of the tragedy about anyone's innocence?," spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, stressing that those behind the attack will be found by the country's law enforcement.

It was previously confirmed by Moscow's mayor Sergey Sobyanin and Federal Security Service (FSB) that there were multiple casualties in the attack. Russia's Investigative Committee announced that it opened a "criminal case for a terrorist attack" into the Crocus City Hall shooting.
