United States President Joe Biden is launching personal insults against Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov (pictured) said on Friday.
Asked whether such comments by Biden would lead to breaking off diplomatic relations with Washington, Peskov stressed that Moscow will not "cause more aggression" considering the "irritability of Mr. Biden, his fatigue, sometimes forgetfulness, which leads to aggressive statements."
Biden called Putin a "killer" in an interview last year and followed that up with a "war criminal" accusation earlier this week.
