Senate to hear SolarWinds case on February 23

The United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) stated on Thursday it would hold a hearing on the hacking attack on SolarWinds Inc's data on February 23.

Deputy National Security Advisor for Cyber and Emerging Technology Anne Neuberger previously remarked the attack was "likely of Russian origin."

Neuberger also said the attack, which she described as " "advanced" and "sophisticated," compromised approximately 100, mostly technology companies.
