Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on Tuesday that any discussions about Ukraine's future without Kiev's participation would be ineffective.
At a press conference held minutes after a phone call between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, he also expressed his desire to speak with Trump for more details on the recent talks. Zelensky reaffirmed that Ukraine would support a mutual cessation of attacks on energy infrastructure if the US would mediate the issue.
Moreover, in the same conference, he warned that Russia is preparing new offensives on the Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, and Kharkiv fronts in the coming months.
