Karasin: US-Russia talks in S. Arabia almost over

Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, Grigory Karasin, who leads Russia's delegation, announced that discussions in Riyadh with American representatives were concluding.

The United States delegation includes Ukraine Special Envoy Keith Kellogg, National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, and Michael Anton, who serves as Director of Policy Planning at the State Department. The discussions have extended beyond ten hours.
